面臨全球化與自由化,經營環境變化快速的企業生態,運用合併與收購常是公司經營者增進股東價值及促成企業高成長的必要手段之一,今年初美國臉書以USD 190億元,併購WhatsApp即時通訊軟體,中國聯想收購IBM伺服器部門及摩托羅拉,使得併購議題之策略規劃、企業評價及融資方案等,再度成為市場上關心的焦點。
本基金會特別自邀請摩根士丹利Mr. Benjamin Lee (Executive Director in Asia Pacific Mergers & Acquisitions)與粘傑評先生(Mr. James Nien,董事總經理摩根士丹利台灣投資銀行部門及中國金融機構業務負責人)主講財務與案例面相關主題、資誠會計師事務所翁麗俐會計師與謝淑美會計師主講會計與稅務面相關主題及協合國際法務事務所張溢修律師主講法律面相關主題。講師具備豐富企業金融實務資歷,並有多年專業授課經驗。為期2天的課程將研討多項併購實務議題,並安排實際案例實作互動討論。
